Hey Stoked Dad,

Welcome to Sunday - here’s to good coffee, slow mornings, and another week of being Stoked.

1. Chatted with a friend ([Michael Riddering](https://x.com/ridd_design)) about the future of AI and parenting. AI generative tools will probably have an outsized effect on younger generations. Like Myspace, AOL, and Facebook did for us (assuming your old like me). The key question is how and how do we as dads create frameworks for our kids to use these tools. Will they be only for consumption or can we help them harness the creative power of AI generative tools?

2. I try not to worry about this yet, but I do stress about the safety of my girls in this coming age. Deepfakes are getting more and more real, hardly detectable unless you really know how to look. What will that effect be on them? I want to protect them and give them the tools to protect themselves.

3. Just a friendly reminder, take more photos and videos. We won't regret having more captured memories of each phase.
